TASK #1: BUSINESS ENGAGEMENT POST
The purpose of today is to boost the algorithm and get into conversations around the business.
Best Practice: Use a colour block post. Keep it simple and not flashy. Sometimes less is more. Don’t use a picture.
Post this on your facebook FEED and also do it in your stories. Remember to add poll or question box in your stories so people can interact acordingly.
Remember - if you need help. Or are unsure of something, ask!

THE SALES PROCESS
THE PROCESS IS SIMPLE. DON’T OVER COMPLICATE IT
Our job is to move people from not knowing about Neora to knowing about Neora.
We do that through social marketing, conversations, exposures, events, reach outs, strategic activities to locate people who need what you have. We will go deeper into each of these soon (and in our facebook group Brand Partner Hub
But understanding the basic flow - is crucial. Do not over complicate this! At any point, bring each person back to this flow and it will guide you through.
This is the flow
MARKETING/CONNECTIONS
- this is in person, or through your marketing/social media
CONVERSATIONS
- in person or digitally
PEAK INTEREST
- this might be them asking you about something they have seen, or you bringing it up and asking them (we will train you on how to do this)
ESTABLISH PAIN POINT/NEED
- once interest is peaked, you want to find the pain point or the problem that the person has. without this - you are moving blinding into the sales process with no information. If you move too quickly into just telling people about product and pricing, the value of the solution is not there for them and you will run into objections.
Questions like
- Do you have specific skin concern you would like to improve?
- tell me about your skin? what would you like to improve?
- if they already said something like acne - you can ask, ok - so tell me about what is happening with your skin? What have you tried before?
- what does your current skin/hair care routine look like at the moment?
These all establish pain point, and information that will help you as we move through.

3 WAY CHAT CALL/OFFER SOLUTION + RECOMMENDATION/CLOSE
- Simple pop your prospect and your leader into a 3 way message chat, introduce them and let the ‘expert’ take it from there.
At any point (and we encourage you to do this) when you are in a conversation message with someone, and they ask a question - until you get super confident of how to reply effectively, take a screen shot of the convo, send it through to your sponsor/person helping you, and they will help you with an effective reply!
