Think of the team schedule like a gym schedule. All the classes are available to you, and are included with your gym membership. You can achieve a certain level of results by showing up once per week, you can get different results by working out daily. You can grow faster when you work closely with a trainer, and if you implement fundamentals at home in between classes, it is going to speed up your results.

This is the HEARTBEAT of your business. The consistent daily activity is going to build your business more than any huge once a month effort that you make. Scheduling in your 30 mins a day to do these core things is the “secret” to making your business work.

Daily Activity Prep:
Have your prospect list/contact list printed/handy
Have your relationship building list ready
Have your customer list printed

Know when the upcoming events are scheduled
Have company promos/pricing ready to promote

CONNECT + GROW (RELATIONSHIP BUILDING)

  • 5 mins engaging with stories.

  • 5 mins engaging with posts.

  • Add new accounts/friends. Then add to relationship building list.

  • Happy Birthdays - FB

  • 5 mins in DMs having conversation.

  • check and comment in groups you are in (mum groups, community groups, business groups etc. build visibility by offering value)

POST

  • Post an engaging text (questions are great for interation)

  • Post inspiration (what you are reading or learning)

  • Remember 80/20 rule (80% personal/20% business. Personal posting should be within one of your 5 pillars/interests)

STORIES

  • Share any post you ever do to your stories

  • How can you showcase your Neora Journey today

  • Include behind the scenes/your day stories

  • Goal is to build trust with your audience. Showing your face, your hands, your product usage is way more effective than stock images

  • Chat to stories where possible.

3 FOLLOW UPS

  • Send out usage instructions via text or email for those who are receiving skincare or haircare samples.

  • Check in with those who should have had the chance to use the samples and get feedback + invite to purchase.

  • Invite prospects to sample. If you have go prospect you can send from there. Or send out samples by mail.

  • Invite people to local Sip + Sample events, social media events, product showcases or to watch a Discover Neora.

  • Use your Prospect Tracker to move your people though the next exposure.

REACH OUTS

  • Asking the question to at least 2 people a day.

  • 5-10 Reach outs via calls, voice text, messenger about products, samples, meeting up for coffee. 

  • Invite people to local events, social media events or to watch a Discover Neora Live Zoom.

PREFERRED CUSTOMER CARE + APPRECIATION

  • Check in with current preferred customers - what they are loving, talk about new products, mail them a sample of something different, tell them about the $13/$13 referral program, ask them to host a virtual or in person event, host a post, CGC customer generated content (selfie where they tag you in it)

  • SmartShop orders - remind those who SSO coming up (can break this down weekly, to remind them to update if they want current promo’s)

  • Reach out to those who have just received their NEW SmartShop orders. Instructions, how to use, adjustment period.

  • Reach out to customers who haven’t ordered for 6 months. You could also mail them a sample, notecard etc

TEAM CHECK INS

  • Invite them to a local event

  • Plan an online event together, Discover Neora or Product Showcase

  • Help them set a personal goal and plan how to achieve it

  • Set up 3 way goal calls with your brand partner and upline

TEAM CULTURE + COMMUNITY

  • Recognise a new brand partner

  • Recognise and celebrate a brand partner for activity, participation, live video, or overcoming fears or obstacles

Go through team schedule, team group and calendar to write down all the upcoming weeks events in your planner.

What day this week are you able to listen to a podcast, training, or read a personal development book (lunch break, driving, school pick up line, at the airport, at the gym.
Can you host an event, coffee date, meet up? (one on ones count!)

PLAN your week
Plan a consistent time each week for you to get ahead of your week. Clarity on activities, time blocks and what your focus is. Mark your diary in advance will change the game.

PREPARE content
If you are short on time, planning is a MUST or if you want to increase your effectiveness… having an overarching strategy is going to help with both of those things.

In the beginning it can be tempting to want to share it all! And we get it. You are excited. Believe us, that we are too. BUT we want to start off on the right foot.
You absolutely must continue to share all parts of you. The things you would normally share, and if up until now you haven’t been a big sharer, then we have a list of things that you can use, to give you ideas. Some of you may be thinking, gosh - people don’t want to know about the things I do.
They do - you have lots to offer and share, and over time you will craft your message and your online presence. This is a great place to start.
